FDCPA Case Filings

Our firm files FDCPA cases across the states of both Washington and Oregon but we almost always file our clients’ cases in Federal Court.

The U. S. District Court for the Western District of Washington serves as the federal trial court for the portion of the State of Washington west of the Cascade Mountain range and from the Oregon border to the Canadian border.  Western Washington is split into two divisions. FDCPA Cases in Island, King, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish and Whatcom counties are filed in the Seattle divisions. Whereas, FDCPA cases in Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, Skamania, Thurston and Wahkiakum counties are all filed in the Tacoma Division.
