The Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington has recently instituted a change for the location of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy 341 Hearings. In Seattle, the Chapter 7 341 meetings of creditors on Thursdays have for some time been held in both the Courtroom 7307 and in the U.S. Trustee’s meeting Room 4107.
Starting on May 26, 2011, the Seattle 341 Meetings of Creditors slated for Courtroom 7307 will be be held in Courtroom 8206. Notices for the May 26, 2011 meetings will reflect the new location.
